Please lock doors and windows when leaving. Use appliances, AC, and heating responsibly. Do not move furniture without permission. Dispose of trash properly and follow recycling instructions. Flush toilet paper only; do not flush other items. Report any damage or issues promptly. Leave the home reasonably tidy at checkout. No illegal activities or subletting.
